At PiPi Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium blends; if you are unhappy with your order, we offer returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the tea tins or pouches are unopened and in their original packaging, then securely place them in a shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned tea, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
